You currently don’t have any website connected to your account.
Please activate your Rank Math plugin. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and connect your Rank Math account.

Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

The plugin are installed and connected on the website, I followed the instructions and it keep saying the I don’t have any credits. I got the subscription 3 days ago,I don’t see any credits.

We moved the password shared to the Sensitive Data section, please update/correct the access credentials there, by editing the first post on this ticket and including your WordPress and FTP logins in the Sensitive Data section.
