We’ve checked and can replicate the issue with your sitemap_index.xml.
Please follow these steps below to fix this issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. If the above steps don’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Hi there! I tried using above mentioned steps, but didnt succeed.
1. I have added filter using code snippets plugin
2. I have created rank-math.php file and edited code in theme editor
3. I tried to edit functions.php but it is not accepting filter code which is given by you.
And I tried flushing the sitemap cache, excluded xmls from caching.
Please help…
I can able to generate post, pages, stories sitemaps, but I am having only problem with main sitemap.

Yes after long struggle issue was resolved. changing links per sitemap from 200 to 1000 worked.
