Bought RankMath PRO with wrong account

    Hi there,
    I just purchased RankMath PRO but I didn’t realize that I was logged in with the incorrect user, I had to purchase it with the other user I registered with on RankMath.
    Is it possible to switch the subscription from one account to another?

    Yes, Rank Math PRO subscription can be transferred to another account. Please state the account (email) you want the subscription to be transferred to.

    Hello,

    We have transferred your subscriptions in the email account you provided.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Please install or update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    Also, to avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?

    If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.
