    Hello,

    I just recently purchased the Content AI Starter software, but I have no way of activating it on my WordPress Rankmath Dashboard.

    The tutorial video that pops up after purchase of Content AI is for the installation of RankMath Pro; additionally, none of those landing pages illustrated in the video show up for the purchaser.

    A bit confused. Please advise.

    Side note: I recently purchased this software accidentally on a personal email, had it refunded, repurchased it using the business email, but verification emails were sent to both accounts..I would like to only use the professional account that uses [moved to sensitive data section], so communication can be streamlined.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and we are sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits you purchased over here: http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites.

    If you can see the correct number of credits as suggested above then this is a problem with the syncing of information between your Rank Math Account and your website.

    Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this, so you can follow the steps suggested below:

    1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math.
    According to the Rank Math changelog https://rankmath.com/changelog, the current version is Rank Math Free v1.0.201.1.

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

    Hey Alhan,

    Thanks for the response. It appears to be working on my website now without any changes made on my end.

    As for the personal account, [moved to sensitive data section – email 2], can I have that deleted so that all forward communications are sent through my professional email, [email 1].

    My personal email is still being used for communication when my primary account is underneath my personal email.

    We checked our system and it seems the [email 2] in the sensitive data section is currently not registered. Can you please verify from your end?
