We can see at our end that this account has been upgraded and a PRO badge appears for your account in our system.

To resolve the issue related to, PRO subscription not visible in your WordPress Dashboard please make sure that you have downloaded the PRO plugin from https://rankmath.com/my-account/ and uploaded the zip file to WordPress.

Kindly note that you needboth Rank Math SEO Free and Rank Math SEO PRO as the PRO features are added above the basic plugin.

One the above is done already follow the steps mentioned below:

Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.
