If i reload my Site there is a 1 Second Pop up above my Header that say GET PRO

If so, please note that it is only visible to the logged-in administrators, and your visitors will never see this. However, you can disable this from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Frontend Stats Bar:
