Could you please confirm if you’re using a permalink plugin on your site?
Meanwhile, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this could be caused by conflicting plugin/theme.

I was install the health check and only enable “RankMath” and “woocommerce” the latest version of WordPress.
The problem is still there.

It appears that you are currently using an outdated WordPress version and our plugin works well with v6.0 or higher.
Please update your WordPress and head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and save the page without changing anything to flush the permalink caches. See if this improves the situation.

It’s not working even updated the latest version 6.3.1 on WordPress and updated the latest version 1.0.201.1 on Rank Math SEO, then Permalink structure updated.
Please advise what to check or can be done to fix it.

We have heard back from our developer and he said that he has fixed the issue by changing the Product permalinks Custom base from /watches/%category%/
to /watches/%product_cat%/
