    Hi,

    I am receiving an error when using RankMath Content AI

    I see a warning message as follows.

    We’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Regarding the error, for initial troubleshooting, please ensure that you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugins: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    Also, please clear your website’s cache before doing the keyword research and let us know if the issue still persists.
