    impossible dowload on wordpress because there is free version. but in your guide you said to not delete that. it ask to me to delete free version or calcel pro version. What should i do? cause you said to not delete free versione

    It seems that you’re installing the Rank Math PRO plugin but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Meanwhile, you will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work:

    Another thing i buy content IA not pro. Dont know if it’s different. But It Said tò me that if i want to put on WordPress it’s compulsory delete free version

    If you meant, you purchased ContentAI and not Rank Math PRO, then there should not be any issue. ContentAI works both on the free and paid versions of the Rank Math SEO plugin. You need not delete it, but kindly ensure you are using the latest version of our plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

    Please confirm that you can see your remaining credits from WP Admin > Rank Math > Content AI… See the illustration below:

    If the new credits are not appearing on your website then you might need to refresh the credits to start using Content AI.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    To confirm the correct number of credits your site should show kindly go to: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and see the remaining balance under the Connected Websites heading: Your balance is the difference between the figure on the right and that on the left.
