Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please follow this guide to remove Rank Math App from your Google account and reconnect it with all the required permissions, and see if that resolves the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for your prompt response. I followed your instructions: I removed Rank Math SEO access from my Google account and reconnected it. Unfortunately, the issue persists.
The Analytics section still displays a red mark, and the account list doesn’t appear in the drop-down box. I noticed a couple of differences from your instructions:
The image instructions for removing access didn’t match the current Google page style. I removed access from the bottom link on the Rank Math SEO details page, as it was the only option available.
The list of permissions to check on the “On the next screen, allow all permissions” image was different from what I encountered:
Edit Google Analytics Management entities
See and download your Google Analytics data
View and manage Search Console data for your verified sites
Manage the list of sites and domains you control
I checked all these permissions and reconnected. While the Search Console now has a green mark, the Analytics section is still marked in red.
Additionally, in your image, the Search Console section includes a “Country” box, but on my page, I don’t see that box; only the “Site” box is visible.
I kindly request your further assistance in resolving this issue.
Thank you.
Hello,
The country option is only available in the PRO version of the Rank Math plugin. As you’re using the Free version of the Rank Math plugin, that’s why the option is not appearing.
However, can you please confirm if both of your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts are under the same email address? If your Google Analytics account is on another email address then you can follow this URL to transfer the property to the same email address: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/44500?hl=en
In case, they both are in the same email address then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Oh, the problem was fixed!
Thank you for your great assistance.
Have a wonderful day.
