I have checked your site and the issue doesn’t seem to be related to rankmath, the URL you have shared behaves the same even with Rank math deactivated. I however noted that it may be related to your blog post settings. If you head over to WordPress > Settings > Reading and set the blog pages to show at most X pages, the URL results will change to the same.
