Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
We’re sorry to hear that your site is not connected to Rank Math.
To fix this issue, please follow these steps:
- Go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help inside your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on the Disconnect Account button.
- Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings.
- In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.
- After that, you should be able to see your site listed in the ‘Websites’ section of rankmath.com/my-account
That’s it! Your site should now be connected to Rank Math and you should be able to access all the features and benefits of our plugin.
