Seartch console data not updating

    I developed my site on a subdomain, v2.sustainable-properties.com and recently made the site live, https://sustainable-properties.com. The data being shown from search console stopped when the site was transferred. I have removed the plugin and reinstalled it but it is still showing the same graph. If I log in directly to search console I see all the data up to yesterday. Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be updated?

    You could try to deauthorize and authorize again Rank Math using your Search Console account. After trying it, let us know if that solved your issue.

    Hi, Thanks for your input, however I’ve tried deactivating and re-authorising but without success. I’ve also just increased the cache limit, but again nothing changed. Should I have waited for a while after de-authorising?

    I could try deauthorising, deleting and then start again another day? would this be a sensible approach or do you have any other ideas?

    Hello,

    After checking it, this could be related to the running of cron on your site.

    Could you please install the following plugin and use it to stop/delete the currently running rank_math/search_console/get_analytics event:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/

    Next, manually fetch the search console data via Rank Math > General Settings page.

    Also, be careful since you have an old PHP version, you might want to upgrade it, not just for Rank Math but for the other plugins.

    Hi Alberto,

    Thanks for your suggestions. I am in the process of contacting the theme developers to see whether I can update the php. If I disable/delete the get_analytics event will I always then need to manually fetch the data? or will I be able to reinstate it? I still don’t understand why it was working when it was installed but only stopped when the site was moved from the subdomain. If this is the case I might as well just use search console!
