Rank Math analytics not showing data

    Hi, I have used Rank Math on some other site without issue. However, since I have gone over to the new GA4 property I’m not seeing any analytics within the Rank Math’s Analytics panel for this site.
    I’ve followed all of the suggestions in your various troubleshooting posts, I’ve removed and reloaded the software and have checked the ‘property’ settings in Google Analytics. RM says it is connected but I’m not seeing anything?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    Apparently, the “Install Analytics toggle” was off on the General Settings page, which was why Rank Math was unable to fetch the necessary data.

    So we enabled the Install Analytics code option as shown below. You can access this through WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Setting > Analytics

    We have been able to resolve this issue following this guide for your reference: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#no-data.

    Please confirm this and let us know if the data is now fetching correctly from Google.
