My news sitemap not work

I checked your sitemap and it’s working. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

However, the Google news sitemap is missing in the picture above and upon checking, we discovered it is redirecting to your homepage.

In this case, please follow the steps below for initial troubleshooting:

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3) Then, remove all of your sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only by following the steps in this link: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/

If you have followed the steps above and the sitemap is not updated yet, try adding the filter code below to your theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Please note that Rank Math generates your news sitemap at /news-sitemap.xml and we can see it is working properly without any issues:

Can you please confirm if you’re also using any additional plugins on your website to generate the news sitemap? If so, then you can disable the news sitemap module from Rank Math so that it doesn’t conflict.

You can disable the News Sitemap module from Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules:

However, we can see you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
