    I have a ticket opened with the title – Refund for Rank Math PRO

    It was commented by Support – Princess a few minutes ago but I can’t see what she wrote.

    When I open my ticket, it says:

    Private

    You do not have permission to view this topic.

    Has the refund been initiated?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    The ticket was opened in the PRO forum, which is only available to PRO users, and since you’re no longer a Rank Math PRO user, you’re unable to access the forum.

    But I’ve just moved the ticket to the FREE forum, so you should be able to see the ticket now.
