I have removed the access, reconnected, changed multiple browsers, removed the plugin, reinstalled, etc. tried everything. The site is still not populating.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

After that, please follow this guide to remove Rank Math App from your Google account and reconnect it with all the required permissions and see if that resolves the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token

And just to be sure, have you also verified your Google ownership of the site? If not, this may help:

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Hello, I have done all of above, as I have done them before. Nothing worked.
Yes I have verified the google ownership of the site.

    Hello,

In this case, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    Prefix

You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

I’ve verified my website on Google Search Console and done everything you described in your reply but still, it’s showing the same error

    Hello,

Before further troubleshooting, please ensure that you have verified your email/account as the owner of the property. Go to your Google Search Console > Settings > Users and permissions:

If the issue still persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
