Your current Open Graph image is in the .webp format. It is not well supported for Open Graph tags on some platforms. Try changing your image format to .jpg or .png.

I changed the image to a jpg, but the issue persists.
The problem isn’t that the image doesn’t load, its that it is showing the Author Name instead of the page title, and showing the author’s profile image instead of the posts/pages featured image.
By the way, it shows perfectly on social opengraph testers and social media, but internally on Microsoft Teams it is wrong.

Since it is working on most of the social media applications, the preview should work as well if Microsoft Teams is looking at the Opengraph meta tags.
However, it seems that Teams looks for the schema data instead of the OpenGraph protocol on websites based on their documentation here:
