    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    On checking the image size, it looks like the image is quite big. It’s currently sized at 1396 x 930px.

    The recommended height and width of the OG images would be 1200 x 630px. Would you kindly compress your images or crop your images to meet the recommended size?
