Please note that the WhatsApp platform has a limit on the size of the image and it works best for images that are below 300Kb in size, even though it’s possible that some images above that might show sometimes but it’s very finicky and not consistent. So, if you’re using an image more than 300kb in size, we suggest you to decrease the image size and check again.
For the Favicon, our plugin is not responsible for controlling the favicon that appears on your website. Usually, that’s built into the theme options.

And lastly for the thumbnail on Google’s SERP, the images on Google SERPs are not controlled via the Schema markup or any plugin, but rather they are taken directly from your page when Google thinks it’s beneficial for the user to show those and it mostly depends on the keyword search term and the website authority.
