Hello, and thanks for the warm welcome.

I’m having trouble getting the green status indicators after installing.

I’ve tried your support suggestion and deleted the plug-in, deleted rank math access from my G account, and purged all cache.

It still does the same thing. Red connection status on the Analytics page of rank math.

I was hoping for a little help getting it goining.

Well, maybe it is – During setup (following the wizard) after I granted it GA access permissions and it returns to the wizard, the green/red status lights were all red and wouldn’t allow me to select a website and choose any dropdowns.

However, when I look through the dashboard on the plugin, it appears it’s seeing some kind of data. So now I’m a little confused. Maybe it’s got access, but just getting hung up on Google allowing the plugin to create the different accounts within Google.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login detail with the FTP login already shared in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hello,

Upon checking your site, your website is not yet appearing under the Search Console dropdowns.

You may need to choose the property https://domain.com/ and not the sc:domain.com upon connecting your site.

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

In this case, please follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property

Then reconnect your site on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
