    Hi,

    For the ticket #606422 (already closed so I open new ticket):

    The refund still haven’t came to came to the card. It is credit card so it should be came.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We checked your account and we can confirm that the refund was initiated.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    Please check with your bank to confirm the incoming refund.

    Hi Jeremy,

    Can you check what exactly day was the refund initiated?

    My college told that she created the new credit card and canceled the old one 2 weeks ago. So now she has to check with the bank if the refund amount has arrived or not.

    Refund was initiated last July 21, 2023.

    Please talk to your Bank and see if the refund has been posted.

    I already checked with the Bank and it still has not been posted yet.

    It’s nearly 2 months, please ask the bank you used for refund about the status.

    As we mentioned, we already refunded this, but it looks like you have raised a charge back with your bank. You will need to follow up with them on this, as we cannot see any updates after a chargeback has been raised.
