Regarding Custom Meta Title

Hi,

In post URL We want to add custom meta title
check below idea

URL : https://sandesh.com/gujarat/surats-diamond-industry-felt-the-grip-of-recession–the-worries-of-gem-artists-increased

By default meta title there is option to add Page title as a meta title via %title%
but we want meta title like this :
%title% – surats diamond industry felt the grip of recession the-worries of gem-artists increased

it will look on page “સુરતના હીરા ઉદ્યોગને લાગ્યું મંદીનું ગ્રહણ, રત્ન કલાકરોની ચિંતા વધી – surats diamond industry felt the grip of recession the-worries of gem-artists increased”

means we want to add slug in meta title without seprator

can we use this in pro or free version?
