    Rank Math free

    Hi,
Rankmaths front end editor is not working at all on Divi. Troubleshooted the site and it ended up being some sort of conflict with woocommerce EU VAT Number. Talked to them and they told me to contact you guys instead since it seemed like you had a post about it. But I can’t access the post so can’t do anything…

  • Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Are you referring to this plugin right here?
    https://woocommerce.com/products/eu-vat-number/

If so, does the visual builder work properly if the plugin EU VAT Number is disabled? And does it work also if our plugin is disabled and the EU VAT Number plugin is enabled?

I’ve also scoured our KBs and articles but I can’t seem to find the post that you were referring to. If you have the link, would you kindly share it here with us as well?

We really look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you.

Yes it’s that plugin you linked there.

If so, does the visual builder work properly if the plugin EU VAT Number is disabled? – Yes

And does it work also if our plugin is disabled and the EU VAT Number plugin is enabled? – I haven’t seen any problem with that plugin so far while Rankmath is enabled, though that one is just backend adjustments.

Can’t seem to find the link the support sent me again… It was under Rankmath pro somewhere with EU VAT or VAT numbers as titel.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Most of the tickets in the PRO section are usually for VAT numbers concerning purchases and not due to the plugin mentioned.

If it’s quite alright with you, would you kindly reach out to their support and let them resend the link again?

Meanwhile, we might need to take a closer look at the settings and see if it’s related to our plugin. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
