Monster Insights and Rank Math both have a common feature which is Analytics. So, if you want to use the Monster Insights plugin on you’re website then you can disable the Rank Math Analytics Module from Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules to avoid conflict.
Regarding the notification, you can close this by clicking the X button. If that doesn’t work, then please try clearing Rank Math’s transients from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients:
