Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), we would need to discard it is a conflict with some other plugin so we can confirm it is an issue between Rank Math and Divi.
Once we do that, we will be able to continue helping you until we solve the issue.

Unfortunately I cannot use the Twenty Twenty theme with Divi as my content is stored within Divi not in the pages. If I was to install and switch to the Twenty Twenty theme none of my content would be available and my site would go down.

We understand. This is just a troubleshooting step. Only the admin sees the changes. You can login via incognito and you will see no difference.

You fail to understand what I am saying, if I load the twenty twenty theme I have no content or anything, its not a real world test. I have a problem with the front page of my website that runs Divi and will not save when Rankmath is enabled, if we change the criteria then of course it will probably resolve the the issue.

I am afraid the logins are not working.
I am getting a blank error when using the details you provided:
With that said, you can try keeping only *Divi* & Rank Math enabled to make it a real-life test since we are pretty certain Rank Math works great with Divi as you can see from my screencast.
