link in menu with divi and rank math seo don’t work with lasted update

    Good morning,

    since I updated rank math seo, I have a bug with divi.

    After updating the menu of my site to bug the urls changed on their own, so I went to Product > Category and updated, everything is fine again.

    On the other hand since, rank math bug in I edit a page only with menu with divi directly from my site.
    Example in image: the rank math url refers to a product while I am on a category or subcategory page.

    How to correct this error? I’m not even going to save my rank math changes on these pages anymore.

    Also, as far as I’ve understood, you can not save your metadata on pages. If your snippets are not saving in Rank Math settings, it might be because of a plugin conflict, a JavaScript issue, or a server error. Usually, a request coming from Rank Math is denied or blocked.

    Please check if you have a firewall as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data. Please try whitelisting this route:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

    My firewall on my website is SecuPress pro but I don’t finde a way to add your route in a whitelisting area.

    And… Could this error may be generate by my website host? (apparently in maintenance since the day my woocommerce menu had this problem and the same for rank math seo).
    If my problem can come from my website host, it can cause an error with Rank Maths SEO too?
    In this case, the error should go away once the problem of the web host is fixed?

    Hello,

    I think it’s a conflict between the Annasta filter and the ranking math SEO plugin.
    This plugin forces SEO on my shopping pages. And bug appears after deleting base on category and product url with math SEO ranking.

    But even if I disable the Annasta plugin, the problem is still there…

    Do you have any solution to prevent annasta SEO from interfering?

    You can contact the support folks from Annasta plugin and check with them if they may have any functions in their plugin that are hindering Rank Math’s functions.

    However, since the issue persists after disabling the said plugin, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    After several more tests, problem seems fixed, with another filter plugin + change web browser and clear website server cache.
