So the Sitemap does not appear on the first load. However, when you refresh the page, it suddenly works.
We’ve checked the website and it looks like it’s a problem with Sucuri. It’s currently blocking the Rank Math routes:

You may also want to exclude Rank Math’s Sitemap in your caching plugin (if you’re using any)
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#other-caching-plugins

i have allowed the ip address i saw in the screen shot but no change. would there be a list of ip addresses i have to allow?

However, if you face this issue again then you can try to add the filter shared by my colleague above.
After that, please head over to the following folder of your website and clear all the XML files you see there: wp-content/uploads/rank-math

I just wanted to add here that you can whitelist the IP 193.138.6.5 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.2; https://rankmath.com.
However, when accessing your sitemap for the first time, it shows a “You are being redirected..” message and shows a blank page.
For additional troubleshooting, please follow this guide to disable that feature:

You can also get in touch with your web host to check for similar settings if it’s applied to your server.
