CusRev reviews for woocommerce products doesn’t appear in SERPS

First, would you kindly share the URL with us so we can check it?

Second, please be advised that even if your Schema on the page is eligible for Rich Results and is valid, this doesn’t guarantee that Google will display the Rich Results for that page on SERPs as that will depend on the search term, and how relevant the Rich Results would be for that term.

Here is a quote from one of Google’s help articles:

We perform algorithmic and manual quality checks to ensure that structured data meets relevancy standards. In cases where we see structured data that does not comply with these standards, we reserve the right to disable rich snippets for a site in order to maintain a high-quality search experience for our users. So it does look like it’s showing properly now. I’ve searched your Product page in Google’s SERP and it’s appearing correctly. Please check the screenshot in the Sensitive Data Section.

As for your homepage, we make use of the Review Schema that’s implemented on Product pages automatically. Since it’s not present on the homepage, it will not show up. It does look like there are reviews on the page but the schema would need user-inputted data to make it show up. (This means you would also need a rating functionality on the homepage. Similar to the one you see on your products page)
