Hi there, sorry for late reply but I’ve been trying to reach the old owners.
There’s a catch, they have multiple licenses on that email, it is possible to only move the one for mspoweruser.com to this account?
I really don’t want to mess with their accounts, we only want to solve an issue (this ticket). So if it’s not possible to move only this license, can you please guide me to the right path to solve that issue?

Thanks.
Hello,
I can check that the DISABLE_WP_CRON
is set to true in your site’s wp-config.php file and it means that the cron jobs are not working on your site.

Please edit the file and set the DISABLE_WP_CRON
to false to fix the issue with the cron jobs. If you are not sure, you can also get in touch with your host and ask them to fix it for you.
Once done, try importing the CSV file again and it should work fine.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Jaideep,
Unfortunately still not working even after I’ve set the DISABLE_WP_CRON
to false.
Any other idea?
Thanks,
Hello,
Currently the WP_CRON_LOCK_TIMEOUT
is set to a higher interval than the recurring action of the WP-Cron on this website so the actions won’t run consistently.
You need to fix these issues with the WP-Cron and make sure it runs correctly before trying to import.
Regarding the license, please note that the licenses are not associated directly with websites but rather with a user so we won’t be able to transfer the license to your account as the previous owner only had a personal license which is only applicable to his own personal websites.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Hi Miguel,
Understood about the license and we bought one for ourselves. I can’t really see how can I change the license with the new one though.
The Cron is working fine on the website. Also, we uploaded many CSVs before this error coming up and we didn’t changed anything.
I activated the debugger but I didn’t find any information that could help me in the logs. There are no errors at all, just a couple of warnings generated by some plugins installed.
Any idea what can we do next?
Thanks,
Hello,
Please note that the support for the PRO license doesn’t extend to any Free user, even if the website in question has a PRO license.
We already mentioned some of the issues with the cron jobs we found on the website but for further debugging of the issue and this being a PRO feature we need to verify the purchase of a PRO license that is associated with this account or any other account that you own.
Thank you.
