    I just purchased 150 credits, they are not showing up?

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    I found this procedure and solved the problem after 2 hours of searching. As many emails as I got when I purchased the credits, this procedure should’ve been in one of them as a troubleshooting procedure.
