    This is the bug that currently shows up on this site https://www.holidayinsalento.it/.
    The frontend is ok but the backend is down and I’m completely stuck:

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    No, this issue won’t be resolved even with the Rank Math PRO version.

    The error log you shared is originating because our plugin is not able to retrieve the contents of the debug file on your website.

    To retrieve this we make use of the function get_contents_array() and pass the log file path but on your website, this is returning false, which means that it can’t find the log file.

    This won’t cause any issue with SEO and the only thing that this does is the impossibility of checking the log file from within our plugin.

    The issue most likely occurred due to the error log’s folder placement. As the value is returning false, instead of an array of data, the system fails and due to that, neither the WP filesystem nor Rank Math can read it on your site.

    In this case, we suggest you get in touch with your hosting provider in order to fix this issue.

    I have the backup of the DB and the site

    Hello,

    If you’re still unable to access your WordPress dashboard/backend due to this issue, you can deactivate Rank Math temporarily by renaming the seo-by-rank-math folder in your website files in this path: /wp-content/plugins/

    You can also get in touch with your web host if you need assistance accessing your website directory via FTP or cPanel.
