    Hi. Can you please transfer my subscription to the account registered with the e-mail address entered in “Sensitive Data”?

    Hi again,

    The subscription is now transferred to my client’s RankMath account, but my client is not able to change the payment method for the subscription.

    The subscription is somehow still connected to my FastSpring account? When I go to Subscriptions > Payment Methods in my own account and click “Change Payment Methods”, I can still see the subscription and change payment methods.

    The subscription needs to be moved to my client’s own FastSpring account, so that he can set the payment method.

    True, I can change the e-mail address at FastSpring to my client’s e-mail address, so that he can log in and change the payment method. But won’t the FastSpring account then still be connected to my RankMath account and not my client’s?

    How can we solve this?

    Do I need to cancel the subscription and then he can renew with this own payment method when the subscription expires?

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    We can only move the Rank Math PRO subscription from our end, to move the FastSpring account that made the payment, then you’ll need to reach out to FastSpring for that (s******@f*************). But as you said, you could actually cancel the subscription so that when it expires, they can buy a new one with their own payment method.
