Could you please check if there are any Javascript errors in your browser console upon clicking the third button in Rank Math (small triangle)? You can take a screenshot of it so we can check.
You can upload the screenshot of the error using this tool and share the generated link here.
Meanwhile, this can also happen if there’s a conflicting plugin or your active theme with Rank Math.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
