    I receive the following message in wordpress.
    Seems like your site URL has changed since you connected to Rank Math. Click here to reconnect.

    When I click on the link it says http
    But, in my account when I hover over the URL that is linked, it shows https

    https is correct.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Settings > General and make sure that the Site URL and WordPress URL are the same and using the HTTPS version. Once done, reconnect your Rank Math account and it should stay connected.
