setup trouble

    Hi,

    When trying to setup, I connected the google account. On the “connect google services” page, next to “search console”, there is a red dot, and for sites it is blank (no results find). I have no idea how could I get my website appear there. Until then it seems connection is not established.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You can skip the Analytics step in the Wizard and complete the setup. After that, please follow this guide to remove Rank Math App from your Google account and reconnect it from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics with all the required permissions and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token

    Hi!

    Thanks for your help.
    I found out the issue was that this is a totally new website, with a totally new email address (gmail.) and I have not had a google analytics log in with it. Now that I created first just the account for this email, the rank math plugin immediately could find my website.
    Although I have no idea if this was now created in the G4 version or some previous one.
    But so far, I could start the process.
