Please note that WordPress itself doesn’t support these Scandinavian letters in the URL. You can even try to change the URL from the block editor URL settings and you’ll see it will not work. The URLs in any platform only support UTF-8 encoded characters and it is not recommended to use something else.
However, if it is so much necessary for you then you can use Permalink Manager plugin on your website to keep those letters on your URL. You can follow this URL on how you can do that: https://permalinkmanager.pro/docs/tutorials/special-characters-permalinks/#accented-letters
