It appears that your robots.txt file is just heavily cached. If you load a version where caching is ignored, you’ll get to see the contents of your robots.txt file. See the screenshot in the sensitive data section.
In this case, please make sure to clear your website and browser cache including any server-level caching services, and check your robots.txt again.

Your robots.txt is still getting cached from Cloudflare or your CDN. I’ve also attached the screenshot in th sensitive data section for your reference.
Can you please clear the cache from your CDN and your website’s cache? You can also get in touch with your web host to clear and exclude your robots.txt and sitemap URLs from their caching.
Let us know how this goes.
Cleared Cloudflare cache as advised. Robots.txt issue completely fixed. Thanks for your help.
