The issue is that your website is hosted in Iran and Iran is considered a sanctioned country. Because of that, users and websites from Iran cannot access Rank Math features like Analytics and Content AI. That is why you are unable to use the credits.
We understand you paid for a service you cannot use and that is why we have issued a full refund of your purchase. You should see that in your payment source in 5-7 Business days.
