Your PRO subscription expired on July 2, 2023, and that’s why you are seeing the error when trying to update the PRO plugin. You will have to purchase a new subscription from our site to continue using the PRO version.
If you have already purchased it with some other email address, please share it or the receipt you must have received from FastSpring so we can merge the accounts and fix the issue.
