It looks like the validation has not yet started on the Crawled - Not Indexed error just yet.
The error simply means that Google has crawled your URL but decided not to index it. There could be a number of reasons why the search engine has decided to do so. This KB should help:

As for the Excluded by noindex tag, would you kindly share the URLs that are being set to noindex?

I’ve checked the website again and it does look like it’s not indexed or Google isn’t indexing this website. The sitemap, robots.txt file, and the schema seem to be valid. Can you also please check if the Search Engine Visibility is disabled? You can find that option under your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading:

Also, please note that it is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
