Table of contents doesn’t work when adding it on a single page template. It only displays the header “Table of contents” on each post without the actual content.
Also I saw on your YouTube tutorial that I should be able to create a reusable block from the Table of contents and be able to easily reuse it on all my posts. This is also broken.

Please make sure that you haven’t excluded any headings from the block settings and from the Global Settings:

https://rankmath.com/kb/table-of-contents-block/#global-settingsAlso, please note that only the headings added using the default Headings block of the Gutenberg editor will be included in the TOC.
If the issue still persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
