Keyword density not registering

Checking the Content Analysis of the affected page, it seems the keyword density count is now showing 13 times as you can see in my screenshot below:

Can you please explain what is not updating in the article? Are you saying that the keyword density is not showing the correct number of times you used your focus keyword? If so, can you please tell us what the current count is and what it should be according to your own calculation?
