By default, Rank Math is using this dynamic variable to grab the content (the default post description/content editor) from your post and use it as your meta description: %excerpt%.
Can you please confirm if you wish to include all the details of your room types in a single meta description? If so, then if those extra sections are standard custom fields created by WordPress standards, you can get the field name of those sections and use this variable: %customfield(FIELD_NAME_HERE)%. Using that variable should help you retrieve the information from the other sections for your meta description.
If the %customfield(FIELD_NAME_HERE)% doesn’t work, then you would need to create a custom variable which you can check here: https://rankmath.com/kb/variables-in-seo-title-description/#how-to-add-custom-variables
