This seems to be happening after the most recent WordPress update.
For initial troubleshooting could you please try the following?
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and hit the save button once without making changes to the page.
2. Clear any browser/server caching either from the server configuration or from the performance plugin you are using on the website.
3. Test the Content AI feature using a brand new web browser installed on the computer or using the Incognito mode that comes bundled with all recent browsers.

Please try to update the plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/
If you are unable to see the updates, please clear Rank Math’s transients from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients:
