Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I was able to create a redirection on your site without any issues. Can you please share the redirection rule that you are trying to create and some screenshots of the issue you are facing so we can check and assist you further?
You can use a tool like https://imgur.com/ to share the screenshots.
Looking forward to helping you.
W3TC and wordpress 6.3 did conflict and caused problems to redirection. I realized it, switched off plugin and restored site 1 month ago. So you didn’t check problems. 🙂
Hello,
I have tested this on my end and I wasn’t able to see the issue when creating a new redirection.
Here’s my setup:
1. Latest Rank Math plugin
2. Latest W3TC installed
3. WP 6.3 installedPlease refer to my video screencast here: https://i.rankmath.com/v/04rUVr
I checked again on your end and I wasn’t also able to reproduce the issue although W3TC is currently not installed there.
Can you please share a video screencast from your end demonstrating the issue? You may use this handy tool to record your screen and share it with us here in the sensitive data section: https://loom.com
Looking forward to helping you.
You didn’t find it because I removed it. My wordpress panel had totally locked. Hope to have solved but am not sarebbe. I’M NOT A WEBMASTER.
Error said: “link you followed has expired”.
Debug gave problems in w3tc cache. Object cache.php and advanced cache.php.
Redirection Was blocked. Couldn’t switch on, switch off, update plugin.
Htaccess Was blocked and could modify it only in ftp.
Even if couldn’t see problems on line.
Here’s my serverplan ticket (sorry but my language is italian not english). So, forget to modify php version, server settings and all solutions I’ve read referring to “link you followed had expired” 🙂https://help.serverplan.com/it/tickets/SP-YEE-6886723?page=1.
Sry for ticket but at beginning I saw only redirection problems, and so I wrote here.
Hello,
The ticket you shared requires login so we can’t see the content of it. The error “link you followed has expired” usually occurs when you are trying to upload a WordPress theme or a plugin to your website from the WordPress admin area.
In this case, there must be some server configuration that needs to adjust. Kindly check that with your hosting.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
Link posted referring to my asking to the server. Debug says about problems in wp-content/advanced-cache.php and object-cache.php and affected both wordpress and cpanel (could modify htaccess only with ftp). I assume I should need a webmaster to solve it, server said couldn’t. By this moment, I removed w3tc, and seems problems disappeared.
Ty a lot.

Sry but the problem is back again. 🙁
Pls try to set a redirect link in Rank Math.
Add new…then save. Or try to deactivate some then update page.
Hello,
We’ve checked your site again and we can see the redirection is getting added to your website properly. We also tried to deactivate some existing redirections but didn’t find any issues. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.
If you’re still facing any issues, please share a screencast with us by using a tool like https://loom.com so that we can check this further for you.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I believe problem is more general than rankmath. All plugin locked, no update, can’t deactivate, can’t activate, can’t uninstall any.
And believe Cloudflare rule was the problem. Mainly to “cache all” rule.
Switching off that all go on the right way.In your esperience could this be?
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
If that option is causing the issue, then you might have set it up to cache your admin URLs as well. According to Cloudflare’s documentation,
Do not use Cache Everything for admin sections of your website or for pages that require a login. To prevent Cloudflare from caching specific URLs, create a page rule with Cache Level set to Bypass. Next, drag that rule above the Cache Everything Page Rule in the dashboard so that the Bypass rule is above the Cache Everything.
Here’s a guide on how to use it properly on your site:
https://developers.cloudflare.com/cache/how-to/edge-browser-cache-ttl/create-page-rules/#:~:text=%E2%80%8B%E2%80%8B%20Cache%20Everything,Cache%2DControl%20header%20is%20returned.Hope that helps.
Could this problem be related to a cloudflare setting in your opinion?
Serverplan couldn’t manage that.
Hello,
If that fixes the issue, then you may need to look further at its settings.
If your Cloudflare is bundled with your server, then we recommend getting in touch with your web host to investigate the issue.
You may also request server/error log on your site to check if it’s the culprit behind the issue.
Looking forward to helping you.
