AI Credits not updated

    Hi there,
    I purchased 450 credits for Content AI the other day. I purchased this under a new email (pendr…).
    The previous account under my old email still exists but I no longer use it, plus the credits have been run down to zero.
    I reconnected my RankMath account on my website and it’s active.
    The website settings here on Rank Math are connected to the URL, the details are showing, though the Credits Available show 494/455, which doesn’t quite make sense to me.
    Currently,my website shows credits of 0.
    Would be great to get this sorted.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Our accounts team made an adjustment of the account. You should be able to use 450 Content AI on your account.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
