URL is not working when 301 redirection is done

    I have My blog site and I am using Rank Math Pro Version 3.0.41.
    When I redirect a URL to the other one on site. The redirection is done successfully. But then the destination URL becomes non-clickable and it is not opened on site.
    When the redirection is removed, everything works perfectly fine.
    I am not using any other redirection plugin but the inbuilt redirection of Rankmath pro.
    How can I solve this issue there are a lot of errors in my Google Search Console and I want to fix it with 301 redirections.

    First, would you kindly share an example URL where a redirect is being used?

    Second, it does look like you’re using the PRO version but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
