Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
Also, can you please confirm if you are using any custom page builders or custom blocks to construct your content? Would you also kindly share a URL of the site with us so we can check it as well?
Lastly, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Delete Internal Links”. After doing so, head back to your post editor, save it, and check if the internal links count is updated on the post list page of WordPress.
We really look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you.
The plugin is up to date. I do not think I’m using a page builder, I’m using the acabado theme, here are the plugins I use,
. Here is the URL to my site, https://hometheateroasis.com/. I also pressed the delete internal links data and that seemed to not do anything.
Hello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.

We have gone ahead and conducted a troubleshooting on your website and it seems that your theme is causing the issue here. Somehow, our plugin can’t count the links when your theme is active. Please refer to the video screencast I shared in the sensitive data section.
kindly contact the support folks from your theme author and ask if they have encountered this issue already. They may have a solution for it.
Looking forward to helping you.
