Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
That is the default faq shown when using the FAQ Block. However, you can style it further to achieve the design you wanted.
You can also try this custom CSS to style the FAQ with a border:
.rank-math-list-item {
box-shadow: 0 2px 2px 0 rgb(0 0 0 / 16%), 0 0 0 1px rgb(0 0 0 / 8%);
border-radius: 4px!important;
background: #fff!important;
margin: 1.8em auto!important;
width: 100%!important;
overflow: hidden!important;
padding: 1em!important;
box-sizing: border-box!important;
}
.rank-math-question {
margin: auto!important;
font-size: 95%!important;
}
.rank-math-answer {
margin: auto!important;
font-size: 85%!important;
}
And here’s a guide on how to add custom CSS to your site:

Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hello.
Thank you for your reply on this.
I have the theme Soledad from pencil design.
Can use this with these theme?
Should I add this css inside the FAQ of Rankmath?
Or where should I add this?
Thanks
Because as you see in the attachments, only in the editing mode I can see the correct format of the FAQ. In the preview that is supposed to be the live version, the format is disregard, and I see only as H2 and H3 as I formated them.
Hello,
It looks like that theme does have Custom CSS capabilities. You can add the CSS my colleague has sent over to Customize > Custom CSS. If you’re unsure where this is, please refer to this article here:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/
The first method should help you out.
Second, the reason for this might be your theme’s styling. You can also send your URL here so we can check it out.
We really look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you.
Hello.
Thank your for your reply.
Today I’ll try with that add-on, and I’ll provide you feedback. My url is https://allneedtech.com
But the site it’s not live yet. I am writing some blogs and preparing the site.
It’s under maintenance now with the posts in draft.
But I’ll let you know after some tests with that plugon and that css code.
